Registration

Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is now available online. 

 

For Head Start and Pre-K Registration, visit the Head Start and Pre-K link to register through the PPSB Early Childhood Network.

 

For new students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade, complete the registration packet below and email the completed registration forms and all required documentation to [email protected] .

 

Current students enrolled in Phoenix Head Start who will attend Kindergarten in 2020-2021 do not need to complete the registration packet.
